Any ideas on ways to simulate performance anxiety?
For my psychology of human performance course I have to give a presentation on performance anxiety in musicians. Anyone have any ideas on how to do this? I have a small keyboard that I can take in.
I want to simulate performance anxiety in other people – need to find someway to make them feel anxious!
Make them stand in front of the class and sing the star spangled banner. That will embarrass them enough.
