Yeah, its possible to start to get the symptoms of one while people are talking about them. Its kind of brought on by the mind, but it doesnt make it any less real.
Like, whenever i go to the doctor for my panic disorder and the doctor starts talking about my attacks, im more likely to have one. no big deal.
I also suffer from severe anziety and panic disorder. It can be very scary and frustratiog. I have been having them for years but just recently they got way way worse. I actually couldent even leave the house without having them so bad i would get sick. It mainly targets women in their early 20′s from what my doc told me. After I talked to him and spent months getting the dosage on my medication right, i am 100 percent better. My doctor said that most likely I will grow out of them and be able to be medication free!!!
I know how you feel ; I have been there.
When I had my first baby , I began having panic attacks.
When the attack was over, I used to be afraid to get another one.
If someone talked about this issue , I become feeling paniky.
I used to have so much anxiety because I was no sure
if I was doing the right things in taking care of my baby.
I discovered that I need to train myselff in how to stop the
panic attack as early as possible.
I went a long road to put end to my panic attacks.
You have to learn how to stop them at its very early
stage. But you need assistance because there are a lots of
new things you will have to learn. But you you can be sure

I know some people who have had this kinda problem before but they took care of it naturally.
When you hear someone talking about something your brain immediately triggers the thought about what is being spoken.So for you go get that almost get that panic attack is understandable.It’s almost like when people talk about puking when someone is eating or when they see someone puke It makes them want too.
There could be many things triggering your panic attacks for one I would check what you eat.Am not saying food triggers it but if your not eating properly it could help.
In any case I also suggest you check your doctor.
