Intellectually agreeing with something, but not believing it?
I have this problem a lot. My fear for death has been very prominent in the last 3 months, but the quotes fo Socrates increased my anxiety immensely. I thought the quotes made a lot of sense, but still know I fear dieing as it’s my worst enemy. I have a problem with accepting my own beliefs over overs/the habitual belief.
Do you have similar problems/How do you overcome them?
Thanks.
