In these excerpts from an actual behavior therapy session, Dr. Goran-Ost helps a woman overcome a lifelong, severe fear of snakes in only 3 hours. During this segment, he points out that something very predictable happens to Mariam’s level of anxiety.

    Only a small percentage of snakes are venomous.
    the majority are constrictors.

    @9N8X Maybe, but I come from the land of the king cobra. I’ve often heard of snake-bite related deaths since my childhood. Those slithery things make my blood run cold.

    Yes. Especially since you can remove a phobia with NLP in 5-10 min with very little anxiety (anxiety is the problem to start with) using double disassociation.
