I have real issues with my anxiety- is there anyone i can talk to?

Okay so i’m 17, doing my AS levels and currently really struggling to keep my anxiety under control. Its causing me to stress a lot which i know is not healthy and its starting to get in the way with school and my life in general. Literally, i will analyse everything, and think too deeply into things and always come out with the worst case scenario being the most likely thing to happen. I don’t want to carry on the way I am but I’m not quite sure how to change. Help?

if you can’t talk to your parents or a trusted family member, try talking to a teacher or a trusted adult. also, high schools have social workers that help with these things.
