Relationship Anxiety Disorder
Can Being alone cause Anxiety Disorder?

After my last relationship ended. Its been 5 years. Everyday is the same thing. I wake up.Get Ready. Go to the Store to Get anything i need. Gas Station. Work. Home. Dinner. Sleep. (cue repeat) Lately things seem to look kinda grey to me.

I can’t tell you if being alone will cause any particular disorder but research has proving loneliness is not good for your health. You might consider joining a support group such as emotions anonymous (EA) or if you were raised by one or both of your parents being alcoholic you might want to check out ACA adult children of alcoholics. Having meetings to go to after work can really help break up the monotony.
