Tips for Anxiety Relief

Anxiety Panic Disorder can be nasty and devastating. It can rob you of much needed confidence and happiness. It can also result to physical exhaustion and fatigue.

Other people will become affected as well, because you are always worried and irritated by petty matters. Due to panic attacks, you won’t be able to get out of the house without fearing the worst. Panic attack can make your career, love life, social life, and personal life suffer tremendously.

Our body is equipped with what’s called an autonomic nervous system. This controls many of the automatic functions of our body; our heart rate, breathing, and digestion. When we are faced with a situation which requires our body to respond, the autonomic nervous system changes these functions to deal with that situation. When we get scared, we may feel our heart beating faster or harder; this helps get the blood to the muscles in case they are needed. We may also feel our skin get cold or our hands get clammy. This is because skin is an organ and blood flow may be reduced to the body’s organs in order to increase the blood in the muscles.

The mind is our power, strength, and gives us energy however; it takes us to note the transactions. Most times people feel their strengths, yet fail to connect with the feelings, and will dismiss them. This action leads to problem sees failing to learn the body and mind will only cause you anxiety and panic. Sometimes people hear the word power and believe that it is only alive in the White House, Law Enforcement and the like. The truth is we all have power inside.

Almost any kind of exercise is great for fighting stress and combating anxiety as well. Just avoid those you dislike or consider too difficult. These would likely lead to frustration and subsequent feelings of increased stress and anxiety, the very things we are trying to reduce. Aerobics is a good place to start. Aerobic exercises include walking, jogging, running, bicycling, swimming, and jumping rope. These types of exercise increase circulation and improve cardiovascular fitness while reducing stress and anxiety. Performing these in the outdoors can provide the added benefits of fresh air and sunshine.

Take a walk in a natural setting and note as many new sights, sounds and scents as you can. Also be aware of your body-are you moving your pelvis and shoulders as you walk, for instance, or are you moving stiffly? Look all around you—up at treetops or the sky as well as the ground, and to the sides and even behind you as well as straight ahead.

Identifying all stress and anxiety triggering factors and seeking solutions to avoid them in the first place. By performing this evaluation exercise, you can also find out, if it is possible to find a cure all by yourself, without resorting to drugs and medications. Are there any particular triggering factors that affect you adversely? Jot down all those causative factors and rate them according to their level of influence. Once you have identified all those factors and indexed them, analyze them, one by one, to find out which of them need to be addressed first on a priority basis. You can solve each problem by finding out a suitable remedy; the basic idea is to make your mind seek practical solutions to anxiety.
