i kinda want to miss school tomorrow because of it. i dont want to end up at the nurse because i cant breathe from my stupid panic attaks….what should i do????
This might sound weird, very awkward, but it helps me at times. There are two major things that I put into my head when I’m about to do something embarassing. First, it’s like taking a shot, it only last for a little while and you get on with the rest of your life. You’re obviously going to have to face more embarassing moments, why not just get through this one so you’re ready for the others? Which thus ties in to death. It sounds abnormal, yes, but sometimes I think about when I die, if it’s going to hurt and all that crap. So I put into my mind, I don’t wanna die without doing “so and so”. Basically, I never want to die with regrets. All the embarassment we go through in our lives is like yesterday’s casserole. Gone and done. It’s not anything major like stripping naked in front of your class is it?
You said you liked a guy? If you’re scared of this, are you scared of talking to him too? Have you ever even talked to the guy you like? If you do, that will wash away practically any embarassment you’ll face later on. If you’ve done the worst, then there’s nothing worse right? Hey, I had to do something like that too btw. Unless you’re a really nervous anti-social person, you can do this really easily. Everyone else has to do it right? And u’re the only one getting nervous about it? Put yourself into another person’s perpesctive. I may have a wrote a bit too much =P
