Separation Anxiety Dog
What do you do with a dog with separation anxiety?

We have a Great Pyrenees who was kept in a small apartment and hardly seen her owner and was finally taken back to the breeder who we bought her from. She is 16 months old and weighs 130 lbs. If she is left alone too long now she destroys things. Does anyone have suggestions what to do with her?

Separation anxiety has little to do with training or discipline; the behaviors are a result of the severe panic your dog feels when you’re not there. Left untreated, it causes damage to your house and belongings and serious psychological suffering for your dog.
