puppy with separation anxiety?

My puppy (staffordshire terrier) has separation anxiety i believe. Doesn’t matter how long we are gone 20 min – 2 hrs, he is going to pee in his area for sure. I have tried getting him toys that i give only when we leave that he loves and leaving the tv and radio on. He is confined and still does it. If im here i try to leave him alone for set amounts of time so he would get used to it. As long as he knows im here he can hold it till it is his scheduled time. He drinks water on a schedule and i take him out on a complimentary schedule to that. Please help im tired of cleaning on my lunch break!
