here are a bunch of books that adress social anxiety and how to deal with it.

Try to relax when your meeting new people.Remember to just breath.

I suggest exercising in the morning. Running in the morning is proven to help people with anxiety.

check with your county hospital. They have programs for the uninsured.

I would really like to know your symptoms, and know exactly how you feel because I think my husband has this. Everytime we have plans to go out, he will start a fight and say his famous words, “I’m not going”, it’s the same thing everytime. If I don’t get mad then he’ll get mad at something real stupid, and i’ve asked him if he had a problem being around people and he denies it.

your local pathways or mental health clinic can charge based on pay. you may only have to pay $5.00 a month and they can help provide you with your meds if you can’t afford them. they will give them to you in their office. good luck and best wishes.

Don’t worry dude I’m shy too. We all have shyness in ourselves. I get really nervous when I’m served by a really hot chick at McDonalds or Subway. lol.
