    I have SAD….its not that severe for me of course. I kinda had to get over it playing shows and working in a kitchen where communication is the oil that keeps the machine going, yet it still affects me. As long as I know more people than strangers, I do ok. (I quit taking the pills for it years ago)

    yeah it’s a severe disorder when untreated, i hope they do more research about it
