Thank you so much! Your cute too hehe.
@Sebastiaandoc agreed. meridian tapping looks like the best, as it works directly on the energy system
@AFMTIP I’m no expert in BSFF (Be Set Free Fast) as I am not trained in this technique. I only know the theoretical basics of the technique.
I have had it tried on me once without any noticable effect. But maybe with a more skilled practitioner there would’ve been some results.
BSFF works solely with the subconscious mind, EFT/MTT also involves the body’s energy system.
For me and in my coaching I have found EFT/MTT to be so effective that all other techniques are now secondary…
I wonder if the working principle of this technique is same with the BSFF?
@fredbloggs02 Fred, the results are lasting when you get to the core of the issue.
Too small of a space here to get into detail on how to do that, but you can tap on a feeling and have some immediate results. However, if the underlying reasons (limiting beliefs) are still there the result could just be temporary,
When you use MTT (Meredian Tapping Techniques -a collection name of all energy psychology tools of which EFT is the biggest) in the right way the results are permanent.
@LyricaVolcanica : It’s similar in that one feauture of both is that they clear out singular traumatic events rapidly. This is what EMDR focuses on.
EFT is basically energy psychotherapy. It combines elements of cognitive therapy, somatic intervention, and brief exposure therapy.
It is much wider applicable, works faster than EMDR and is easier to do.
For a comparison between the two (if you’r really interested) you can search my site /how-does-eft-work dot html. Look for research
Self assurance. A re-inforcement of that small voice in your head that no matter what happens you have a choice to be affected or not to. I hope the effects are lasting on me:)
This is like a form of EMDR
Nederlander zeker?

Thanks man!!

Same thing I did and still do; telling everyone.

kkk i still cant believe it, i was really skeptic, now you even confuse me more bacause this funny tapping does work! what is going on here, strange tapping does work. thanks for the video, i though you were weird but i am in shock still….this tapping does work, iam so excited i am going to tell all my friends
Nice!
It’s scientifically proven it works -and you have now experienced it yourself-, but the exact reason as to why it works isn’t 100% clear yet.
There are a lot of therories as to why it works, too much to get into here. The most important thing is that it does work!
I’m writing an article about the theories and research from different perspectives as to how it works on my site soon. It will show up here : My homepage URL + /Social-Anxiety-blog.html
All the best,

love your accent dude!
You’re welcome
Give it a try and experiment with it a little. In fact, this stuff is the real deal, it’s extremely powerful.
It’s the most effective tool -also the most funky looking- I have found in years of searching for solutions to social anxiety.
Good luck!
Sebastiaan
This is so intresting, I’ve seen people do this on tv for different types of anxiety and I’ve always wanted to try it.
Thanks for the vid!
Well, that’s a bit challenging to answer here as I’m saying a variety of different affirmations. And I say each of them for a different reason.
However, the easy answer is that yes, it helps to gear the unconscious mind towards the desired result/mental state/belief/behavior etc.
Hope that helps
im wondering. Whats the relevance of the tapping while versing affirmations? does it help to better instill the subconcious with the desired message somehow?
mate.. thank u
i am a guy whose got everything.. got good friends, goodlooking etc,.. yet my head tells me otherwise when im out and i have to deal with this fucked up social anxiety.. … i have found ways to deal with it, push through it and ive been using eft with success…. but i feel your site is going to be the key that gets me thru this for good.. unlocks my potential.. thank u again and nice site

Actually, often when I do deep work, and clear negative emotions at their roots, a cognitive shift happens automatically.
You can read more about EFT (Of the combination of tools I use, this is the MAIN one and most powerful one) on my site:
Just put /eft-therapy.html after my homepage URL (no links allowed..)
Also, I offer my 1 on 1 skype coaching package “Social Anxiety to Social Confidence Guaranteed” on my site from the 1st of October 2009 onwards.
All the best,
Sebastiaan
Interesting technique. Basically using pressure points in conjunction with cognitive reconditioning.
