This may sound harsh but any comments debating wheather Anxiety Disorders are real will be deleated. I made this video for people who suffer with anixiety not to prove they exist in a debate. Social anxiety is quite an obstacle isnt it ? I have skydived, bungy-jumped, kayaked into dark caves with millions of rabid bats and wrangled alligators,venomous snakes and spiders, but you put me in a room filled with strangers, and I will run for it. Don’t know why. It seems so easy, talking to someone and just “being yourself”, but it just isn’t. A part of me really hates people, animals are much more accepting of you than most humans are. Geez, I am such a weirdo.
Wow, that must have taken a lot of guts doing this video and especially calling him and recording. BTW, can you tell me the name of that song? It seems so familiar and I can’t remember the name, it’s killing me inside not knowing!
