I’m happy that you made a video on SAD. I was doing the same thing since I too have this disorder, instead of speaking in front of class I’ll be making a video on one instead and showing it to them. You gave me some great ideas on how to start mine out. Thank you.

I was diagnosed with Social Phobia when I was 14. I’m 16 now. I’ve slowly over come it with alot of therapy. I missed 130 days of school in the 2007-2008 year. I stayed back and later had my absences excused. I still stayed back.
I’ve slowly overcome it.
