cooping strategies for my situational depression?

I have situational depression, when I am at home. I have energy loss, headaches, feelings of helplessness, sadness, and anxiety. I am missing school. I need some cooping strategies. I hate missing classes.

ohhh so that’s what’s going on with me. i do the same thing! when i am home too i just want to do everything than what i am supposed to do. but as soon as i have something that needs to be done outside my home i jump to it…most days. other days, leave me the #$%@ alone again most days it’s half and half with me. my favorite pass time is dreaming. i have all these same symptoms that you mentioned. the only thing i can think of can you take your classes online in your home? just remember eventually you’ll have to go out and work with your educational degree. unless it’s something you can do for home also, but than that just will become unhealthy if you become a shut in.
