Anxiety attack or panic attack?
I have a mild condition of OCD where Im scared of dying. I also have a mild condition of hypochondria that ties in with the OCD. I have pretty bad anxiety, and when I cry, if Im crying because I got overwhelmed with anxiety I start hyperventilating. When I hyperventilate, once Ive calmed down I get pins and needles in my legs, but it feels 10x worse than what it would feel like if your leg had fallen asleep.

I have a bad anxiety problem Can someone help me?
I’m 13 and I have a really really bad anxiety disorder. I have the fear of dying and it’s getting a little out of hand. I get the anxiety symptoms (I hope they’re anxiety symptoms…) which are like dizziness, faint, dry mouth, trembling, nausea, and so on, which only make my fear of dying even worse.
