Recommended Hypnotherapists in London?

I am suffering from chronic Anxiety Disorder. I recieved a small amount of cognitive treatment on the NHS but that was about three years ago and I still suffer from it to this day. A friend recommended I try going to a hypnotherapist. However, most of the ones I have seen are quite expensive, and I don’t want to go to someone who will hypnotise me into giving them my PIN number!
Can anyone recommend any trusting, effective (and possibly cheap) hypnotherapists in the London area, preferrably in …

He (the mock interviewer) said that I had confidence then I lost it then …

Difference between social anxiety and avoidant personality disorder?

What is the MAIN difference between social anxiety and avoidant personality disorder? I’m not looking for definitions – I know what they are and I have read the definitions but they sound the same to me. Thanks in advance.
So far I haven’t seen a right answer. A person with avoidant disorder DOES want to be part of the group – that is the difference between avoidance disorder and schizoid disorder. A schizoid is a loner and prefers to be alone – not …

Are Yorkshire Terrier puppies prone to separation anxiety?

I work a 9-5 job and only have the evenings and weekends free to devote to a puppy? Would a Yorkshire Terrier be a good choice?

Any puppy/dog can have this problem. I’d be more concerned about being able to properly housebreak a puppy. Toy breeds have tiny bladders. As far as a puppy being destructive while your away, crate it.

Can an Anxiety/Panic attack cause an Asthma attack?

I know that, during a panic attack, one can have dizziness and shortness of breath. What I need to know is whether the increased heart rate that often accompanies a panic attack could induce a related asthma attack. Sources are appreciated; I tried to look on WebMD but to no avail.

I have both anxiety and panic disorder.
I was diagnosed with …
