<p>You are a good friend my wanting to help your friend, but really there is nothing you can do.  the reason why does this is something in her life (usually a parent) is causing her anxiety.  until that is addressed, not a whole lot can help.  Encourage her to see a therapist.  The therapist can give her some tecniques in how to recognize her impulse to pull, and she can distract herself.  More than likely, it will be something she will struggle with her whole life.</p>

<p> I have the same problem and the terrible I feel for you. One thing I&#39;m trying to figure out. Has issued what is known in my life this &#8230; I have always like this. I have done some research on the Internet, and I will help this I think the work your self esteem help Some days I feel very good that competition on that day itself that I do not have this problem happens a lot. So sometimes these things can work for you too. &#8230; Build yourself up and baby steps. Speaking out for an hour and not a day when you feel comfortable with the period increased while still working on this problem happen to you and the slopes may help. Good luck and all that happens, you may not be up to date and are confident you can use in the world. Oh and by the work coming out soon. I started just two days &#8230; again. And I feel very overwhelmed and would like you described above. I feel for you so much, I think the importance of this conclusion for reasons that start slow and build self-esteem and love. <p>Has anyone else had this happen?  I&#8217;m wondering if I&#8217;m having this because my body is trying to fight of whatever it is I have.  I may end up going back to the doctor this week.
