Can pain in your left arm and chest be anxiety?

I have had a heart scan with no signs of blockage. However when I get upset such as arguing with spouse or money problems. My chest and left arm go to hurting. In the past when this has happened my EK Gs show abnormal readings. Been to cardiologist and had many different test run and nothing shows up. So, what is causing the pain?

Is it ok to take anxiety/depressed pill if on weed?

I have anxiety attacks and everytime I get one, I think that I am having a heart attack or have a heart disease. Usually once a day I think I’m having a possible heart attack.
