tips for staying stress free in college?

Im currently a communtiy college student looking to transfer to UCLA or UCB. I try very hard and get extreemly stressed out to the point of depression and anxiety. Plus, I am dirt poor so I have to live with my mom who is depresses herself so we dont get along very well. Any advice on how to cope with the stresses of school? I need some help.

How can I heal my college anxiety/depression?

My classes start tomorrow and I’m in one of the toughest engineering programs in the world. I fear for the difficulty and onerate workload of the classes, not being able to get my full schedule and lose health insurance, and having to disappoint my fellow team members etc etc

What are some career paths for someone who used to have anxiety?

Hi,
I do not have anxiety anymore, but was wondering what are some types of jobs that do not require someone to have no history of mental illness.
P.S. Could you please list jobs which require a university degree, as I would like to go to University.

Most jobs do not ask about your history of mental illness!
How about psychologist, layer, doctor, teacher, nurse…… anything these days pretty much requires you to go to uni unless it is a trade!
