Brklyn asked: I am flying to AR over spring break and im getting pretty anxious and nervous about it…ive flown b4 but i am closterphobic and just feel all closed in in a tunnel in a plane….its not even that im soo worried about it crashing…its just that i dont feel in control and how can i get over this fear quickly? any methods of relaxation to do on the plane and b4 hand…any ideas might help!

How do I control anxiety attacks?

My daughter had been on Zoloft 25mg for it. At the beginning they were under control with meds now they are happing more frequentley. Does she need different meds or more dosage on Zoloft?
