I have dark phlem and a pain in the center of my back?

I believe the dark mucus is from my smoking and not cigerettes. I want very badly to quit but anytime I try I get horrible anxiety attacks and suffer from emotional ups and downs that lead me back to smoking. I have this sharp shooting pain in the center of my back and everytime I cough I get this blobby phlem? Any input of advice on quitting or what the pain could be is greatly appreciated.

How do I obtain Tianeptine (Stablon, Coaxil, Tatinol) in Australia?

I have severe generalised anxiety disorder including debilitating panic attacks. I have taken numerous SSRIs (Aropax, Zoloft, Luvox, Lexapro) and crashed off them all with side effects and severe withdrawal. Sooner or later, they are worse than the problem they are trying to fix. I believe that Tianeptine is much more likely to assist me without the weight gain, asexuality, sweating, emotional blunting, muscle tension and other SSRI givens. But Tianeptine does not appear to be available …

My daughter has some anxiety and wants to sleep with the door open. Help?

We live in a small apartment and this annoys me because it’s hard to do things around the place without her hearing. Any suggestions? She’s 9 yrs old and always kept the door closed before having anxiety issues since early this year.
What I mean by “doing things” is the normal housework, not what some of you guys think.

I’m the same way except that I can’t sleep with my door open. The only thing I could think …

Doing research on a few things: ADHD, ADD, anxiety, etc.?

I am doing some research on ADHD, ADD, anxiety, problems with focusing, concentration and the like.

Please give any and all information you know
– Thank you!

I don’t know a specific site, but if you would like an alternative to investigate, try looking up ADHD and food intolerances. This can cause the ADHD, …

Anxiety in Pregnancy along with Agoraphobia ?

I’m 24 weeks pregnant now with my first child I suffered with Panic/ Anxiety disorder since I was 18 and was put on zoloft. I am 24 now and have come off the zoloft seeing a lot of specialists about how it may harm the baby. People with Anxiety/an Anxiety disorder: What age were you diagnosed and are you getting through it or have?

I’m 15 and I’m afraid of crowds right now and have panic attacks over school work and I’m getting the help I need but I’m wondering how long it will take to get over this difficult time. I haven’t been diagnosed with hyperchondriasas but I am obsessed with looking up all my symptoms and I worry about worrying other people and it was triggered from sexual abuse at a young age. Any experiences …

Does anyone have success w/ a Wellbutrin and Zoloft combination for anxiety/depression?

My wife has started on Wellbutrin because of the sexual side effects of SSRI’s. However, she has been feeling terribly depressed and anxious lately and has started taking Zoloft (which she had from before). After starting on Zoloft 50mg, she has been feeling MUCH better. It’s like night and day. I’ve since advised her (although I’m not a practitioner) to up her dose to 75mg for several days and then to 100mg. The dosage …

Anyone taking Paxil for anxiety/depression?

My doctor started me on Paxil, and yesterday was my first day on it. I have never taken anything like this before. Has anyone had any success with this?

Get off it as soon as possible.
I took it for a year. Within a few weeks, I noticed a subtle difference: I didn’t feel euphoric all the time or anything, but I finally felt.. normal. No more panic attacks. No more depression. I felt good about myself. However, I could never really feel TOO good or TOO bad, …

alcohol use question.?

How can I assure myself to only drink socially? I seem to need to binge about 3-4 times a year, and need to drink at least something every day. I am undergoing cancer treatment and have a lot of anxiety.

I don’t see the problem, unless the alchohol is conflicting eith your treatments, or if you have liver cancer. A glass of whine a day is good for your heart, a beer a day is actually better for you. But if you feel you need to slow …

9 month old separation anxiety at bedtime?!?

Hi mums, the last 2 nights my 9 month old won’t go down in his cot for me. We never had this problem before. The minute he is put down he screams and cries and puts his arms out to be picked up, he looks terrified. Even when we went up the stairs he started whimpering and the minute we enter the bedroom, he starts off. He was practically hanging in my arms from exhaustion, and I had to wait for him to drop …
