>> Learn How To Cure Anxiety Permanently

There are different types of anxiety disorders and an anxiety attack is one of them. It is often characterized by regular moments of serious dread or fear. It may be due to some situations just like anticipating negative events to happen or for no reason at all. The said attack doesn’t last for long, only in a matter or 10 minutes and less than half an hour. Yet despite happening for a short time, the panic is severe that you feel like you’re about to pass out or die. Even the physical anxiety attacks symptoms can make someone feel that they are about to encounter a heart attack. That’s how scary it can get. So in order for you to immediately seek help, you need to know the common anxiety attacks symptoms of anxiety attack disorders which are:

Some of the Anxiety Attacks Symptoms Include

· Feeling isolated or weird
· Going crazy or losing your control physically or mentally
· Having difficulty breathing or you’ll feel like choking
· Hot flashes or chills
· Hyperventilation
· Rapid heartbeats or chest pain
· Rush of great panic
· Shaking or Trembling
· Thinking you’re going to pass out at any moment.
· Vomiting , dizziness or stomach cramps

Although the above anxiety attacks symptoms may sound horrifying, those anxiety attacks symptoms are not dangerous or life threatening at all. It’s all in your imaginative mind that you will die suffering from them. You can even mistaken it from other serious medical conditions, so it’s best that you checked with your doctor once in doubt of what’s happening to your body and mind. That way, you can be sure that your physician is giving you the exact diagnosis of your anxiety attacks symptoms, hence less worry and fear for you. Anxiety attacks symptoms are so easy to treat if you just know how to seek proper help for it.

Once again, set it in your mind that anxiety attacks symptoms are not warning signs of a serious illness. They are just normal responses of our bodies and are caused by stress hormones which are intended to ready the body for action once faced with surprising or terrifying scenarios. In short, anxiety attacks are simply called sensory sensations that got out of control which you can fix without a fuss. Don’t be burdened by any of those symptoms and it’s always safe and recommended to ask your doctor if you think anxiety attacks symptoms are already making you feel uneasy or is happening daily.

>> Learn About The Linden Method Today

The Causes of Anxiety And You

Learn How The Causes of Anxiety Affect You

Once you are suffering from an illness, it’s vital that you know what triggers it so you can acquire proper treatment. The same goes with anxiety disorders. Though it’s a widespread condition that’s been affecting a lot of people, the causes of anxiety attacks may differ for each individual. First, you need to know what anxiety is. Anxiety is an innate feeling of humans as our way of reacting into certain situations that requires us to fight or flee. Interestingly, anxiety is supposed to protect us and not cause any harm.

>> Learn How To Cure Anxiety Permanently

So the big question now is what are the reasons why people undergo anxiety? Check the list below as it enumerates some of the common causes of anxiety disorder.

Hereditary and Early Knowledge - Causes of Anxiety

Just like with most diseases, causes of anxiety can be a cause of genetic build-up. If any member of your immediate family or other relatives got a history of panic attack, then you got a high risk of getting it too. Also, kids growing up in an environment wherein they get exposed with a family where anxiety is always present or abuse often happen, it can lead them to having same fate later on as children always look up to adults as their role models.

Stress

There are common causes of anxiety disorder on majority of individuals and stress is definitely one of them. Feeling a lot of stress in our lives can lead to anxiety as we tend to be down, both physically and mentally. Read on for more causes of anxiety.

Biological Causes

Examples of Biological causes of anxiety that trigger anxiety are hyperventilation syndrome, hypoglycemia, labyrinthitis (inner ear disturbances), prolapsed mitral valve (a heart disease), Wilson’s disease (a genetic disorder) and pheochromocytoma (an adrenal gland tumor). There are even instances that shortage of Vitamin B due to parasitic tapeworm illness or from a insufficient diet can as well be one biological reason for anxiety attacks.

Phobias

If someone has a particular fear over something, such as speaking in front of many people, they will more likely experience anxiety attacks. This is a way of reacting over a situation that you are not confident of doing, so you feel very nervous. Phobia is one of the known causes of anxiety among people of different ages and gender.

Hyperventilation syndrome

This next cause is about breathing. Hyperventilation syndrome usually takes place when you breathe via your mouth. Once you engage in this action for longer periods, your heart rate increases, which then set off lightheadedness, and finally lead to anxiety attack.

Medications or Drugs Intake

Abusive drug use can surely lead to anxiety as most pills contain side-effects that are often harmful and will lead to anxiety attacks. These drugs/medications include anti-depressants, stimulants, marijuana, amphetamines, excessive alcohol, nicotine and caffeine. Do your best to avoid having them so you’ll stop anxiety from bothering your life.

There are so many causes of anxiety and it really varies upon the person enduring it. Just remember what I just said in the first paragraph that anxiety is not a foe but a friendly feeling that can safeguard you instead of doing harm. It’s just a matter of controlling your fear and nervousness. Try to avoid the above grounds of anxiety so you can lead a normal and happy life.
Choosing The Right Natural Anxiety Treatment

Medicine vs Natural Anxiety Treatment

Sufferers of anxiety disorder are usually desperate to find any kind of treatment that will help alleviate future attacks, or lessen the severity of symptoms experienced. There are a wide variety of natural anxiety treatment options available, although choosing among them is not always easy.

=> Learn How To Cure Anxiety Permanently

Two basic approaches to anxiety treatment are medication, or natural anxiety treatment for anxiety attacks. There is some debate as to which is more effective. Some people place their hopes in medication, while some won’t touch medication at all. Others feel a combination of both is optimal.

Natural Anxiety Treatment

I stand by my conviction that the natural anxiety treatment is most effective in dealing with anxiety panic attack symptoms. While the medical approach may have its merits, there are several reasons that it cannot accomplish what natural cures for panic attacks can.

Here are three primary reasons why tackling anxiety disorder by natural means seems to be the way to go.

1. Medication reduces the frequency of panic attacks, but does not get to the heart of the problem.

Countless sufferers see medication as a godsend because it greatly reduces the frequency of panic attacks, limiting the experience of symptoms such as shortness of breath, palpitations, perspiration, dizziness, trembling, detachment from reality, the fear of going crazy, and the fear of dying. Medication provides temporary relief from these symptoms and a sense of relaxation between attacks, but it can’t completely get rid of anxiety disorder because it operates only on a superficial level. It does not address the heart of the problem, and alleviate the fear that the anxiety attack symptoms brought. People can be so elated by the fact that the panic attacks come less frequently that they don’t realize that they still come.

2. Natural anxiety treatment – You have more control.

By choosing a natural anxiety treatment to cope with panic attacks, you will be better able to cope with them when they do occur. You won’t be a sitting duck, just praying that the attack will end. Natural treatment methods reduce the horror of going through panic attacks by giving you the necessary tools to combat them. In time, these attacks will lose their edge, eventually leaving you alone.

3. The effects are long-lasting.

The beneficial effects of medical treatment stop when you stop taking the medication. On the other hand, natural anxiety treatment for panic attacks can put you on the road to eliminating the attacks entirely, providing the means to fend them off for the rest of your life.

Medication does have its merits, but I would rather look forward to the future than dwell on the present. If the natural approach to anxiety treatment offers a life free from the fear of anxiety panic attack symptoms, then I am sticking to it. Click Here to find out more about the only working natural anxiety treatment.

Attacking Anxiety At The Source

How To Go About Attacking Anxiety

Truth hurts as they say but it is the only way where we learn our mistakes and improve ourselves. We should also face our fears in order to conquer them. Maybe you are wondering why I am saying those and what are their relevance in attacking anxiety. Well, when you want to start attacking anxiety, the first thing you need to do is accept the fact that you have that disorder and then face the underlying steps you must do in order to cure yourself from it.

=> Learn How To Start Attacking Anxiety Today

Easier said than done? I don’t think so. This is because if you only have the confidence and trust that you can win your battle against anxiety, for sure you will be successful. Moreover, with the help of some tips we enlisted below, attacking anxiety on the curb is not a big hassle after all.

Identifying your Anxiety Disorder – Attacking Anxiety

Once you noticed any unusual physical or mental changes upon yourself, you must immediately do something to find out what is really wrong. Make a research on the common symptoms of anxiety and recognize them well. Knowing the changes in your body that you think are signs of anxiety will help you in attacking anxiety. Never hesitate to ask help if ever your conditional is already serious as there always experts who’ll give you proper advice on how to start attacking anxiety.

It’s also an advantage if you are aware of why anxiety happened to you in the first place. Being familiar with the indications, you’ll be prepared on unexpected situation wherein it will attack you. This is the best way of combating anxiety on its early stage.

Enjoy Every Moment of your Life

There are so many reasons to be glad about living the life that you have rather than sulking in the dark and letting anxiety pull you down. Most of us have great families and friends that we often neglect, but in reality, they are always there to give us a smile and a hug when we need them the most. You can also find an enjoyable hobby to keep yourself preoccupied such as listening to wonderful music, reading inspirational books, watching fun TV shows or simply walking in the park with your beloved pet. Letting yourself enjoy these activities will make you more blissful, strong minded and creative, hence, those anxiety attacks is far from happening to you. Now, this is such a delightful way of attacking anxiety, isn’t it?

Think Positive and Don’t Lose Hope

Anxiety is easy to cure and no way deadly as long as you addressed the issue quickly and carefully. Just think of it, one of the reasons why individuals suffer anxiety is due to their pessimistic views in life, so your best defense is to think that it’s only a small problem you can surely get over with. It’s not only you who’s bothered by anxiety disorder so there’s nothing to be afraid about. Always believe in yourself and in the power of healing through having a wonderful outlook in your own life and the people around you.

There are still other ways of attacking anxiety but those three are my favorites due to the fact that you can start doing them even right after reading this article. You can choose to undergo therapy or take medications, yet always remember that when it comes to finding the right natural anxiety treatment, it must start from you and no one else. Click Here to start attacking anxiety.

Went to hospital a few days ago they id urine test and said it was anxiety.
I went to hospital two days ago and they told me I have Anxiety Disorder.

My family, whom I live with , feel Fine and they are telling me it is my nerves and not a virus or anything.
I will call and make an appointment with my doctor so that maybe he can find some kind of medicine for me.
Hospital prescribed Zantac 150 for my Heartburn and acid reflex, although it doesn’t feel like its working.

Anyways…can anxiety cause Stomach pains, Loose Stools, Dizziness, Chills, and Muscle aches?

Up to a point yes, but if I was you I’d trust my instincts and get a second opinion (from a medical professional, not Yahoo Answers I mean.) just on the off chance it is something else. It’s better to be safe than sorry.

But yes, anxiety disorders can wreak havoc and upset your system like that. See if you can get your doctor to prescribe you something like Xanax, which is an anti-anxiety med. I know it’s helped me over the years.

i’m in college and i wanted to know if i should tell my professors about my panic disorder and anxiety disorder and wear a alert bracelet
should i tell the counseling center at my college)??
i also have a history of seizures too. i’m only 20 and i feel so bad for having this so young. so what do you think i should do about this?
i live in constant fear of my next breakdown, panic attack, and seizure and it keeps me in fear and it makes my anxiety worse especially in class

You might want to see if there is a center for helping disabled students that could help you determine if you should tell your professors. You might need a medic allert bracelet for the seizures. I would allert the counselling center and a doctor at the student health center. They might be able to help you prevent a breakdown.

I am suffering from chronic Anxiety Disorder. I recieved a small amount of cognitive treatment on the NHS but that was about three years ago and I still suffer from it to this day. A friend recommended I try going to a hypnotherapist. However, most of the ones I have seen are quite expensive, and I don’t want to go to someone who will hypnotise me into giving them my PIN number!

Can anyone recommend any trusting, effective (and possibly cheap) hypnotherapists in the London area, preferrably in East London, but I am prepared to travel.

Failing that can anyone else recommend any other avenues? I’ve been on Beta-Blockers, Cognitive Therapy and Diazepan.

Did you see GMTV this week? I know it’s focusing on phobias but PAUL MCKENNA has put a hypnosis video on their website and it’s 45 minutes of talk and one to one hypnotherapy with you.
It deals with fears and anxiety. Really worth listening to!

The link is :http://www.gm.tv/

Hope this helps.

What is the MAIN difference between social anxiety and avoidant personality disorder? I’m not looking for definitions – I know what they are and I have read the definitions but they sound the same to me. Thanks in advance.
So far I haven’t seen a right answer. A person with avoidant disorder DOES want to be part of the group – that is the difference between avoidance disorder and schizoid disorder. A schizoid is a loner and prefers to be alone – not avoidant. Both avoidant and social anxiety want to be a part of the group – they don’t like being loners. Anyone else?

Avoidant personality disorder:
avoid social interaction for fear of being ridiculed, humiliated, or disliked. They typically present themselves as loners and report feeling a sense of alienation from society.

Social Anxiety Disorder:
The experience is commonly described as having physiological components (e.g. sweating, blushing), cognitive/perceptual components (e.g. belief that one may be judged negatively; looking for signs of disapproval) and behavioral components (e.g. avoiding a situation).

What I need to know is whether the increased heart rate that often accompanies a panic attack could induce a related asthma attack. Sources are appreciated; I tried to look on WebMD but to no avail.

I have both anxiety and panic disorder.

I was diagnosed with asthma in hosp emergency rooms many times because I couldn’t catch my breath, but I believe the anxiety and panic attacks caused both severe chest pain and loss of breath.

I still have a doctor that argues I have asthma and won’t remove it from my medical records. I don’t take any medicine for it, just antidepressants and a mood stabilizer for anxiety, panic, ptsd and bipolar disorder.

Isn’t it strange that when the panic attacks quit, so did the “asthma” attacks.
