I have this terrible anxiety about my Mother,she has been accumulating news of my unemployment in her diseased?

state of mind and heart for a long long time now ( it is a very very depressing sight looking at her)my plight is miserable,especially in the wake of job cuts and recession,what should I do,especially when,my research tendencies in Computer Science,have landed me in the middle of nowhere?

Depression, anxiety, stress, is “it” coming?

Im in junior high, seventh grade, im 13. I get backaches, stomach cramps, and discharge a lot. But also i am stressed alot and have lots of depression and random mood swings. Is my period coming? Is there anyone who would talk with me for a while? Please help!
I do take midol sometimes when the cramps and backahes get back-thanks for the answers you guys:) I love havign people that care.:)

Im a 20 year old man who suffers mild anxiety?

im 20 years old with mild anxiety, but i keep gettin sever chest pains on my left side of my chest. it happens everytime i breath in deep or try to sleep on that side, is this normal?
i also have a pain on my breast plate, were everytime it feels like pressure is building i have to arch my bak to push my chest out and crack my breastplate to relieve some discomfort is this normal aswell?

How to get over the fear of public speaking?

I need advice, bad. When I am called to present, my body turns cold and I start to shake.
It’s really embarrassing (people laughing) because when I shake, i cant stop. My legs especially shake too much. Any advice? But not the underwear thing.
