Can an Anxiety/Panic attack cause an Asthma attack?
I’m doing a little research for a writing assignment; my main idea is a character that has panic attacks brought on by anxiety. I know that, during a panic attack, one can have dizziness and shortness of breath. What are some methods to relax when I feel an anxiety attack coming on?
I have developed a problem with anxiety attacks. For example, right now I’m experiencing heart-pounding panic, racing thoughts, and shortness of breath. I only slept four hours last night and woke up like this.
