Recommended Hypnotherapists in London?

I am suffering from chronic Anxiety Disorder. I recieved a small amount of cognitive treatment on the NHS but that was about three years ago and I still suffer from it to this day. Well, I would anyway because this would have to be on my medical form. Sometime the NCAA does random drug tests and if I test for something not listed on my form, …

how to stop anxiety attacks?

I am 28 and I am suffering anxiety and panic attacks frequently. Anyone can help me or knows how to stop panic and anxiety attacks.

One recommended way to treat it is therapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy is often used to help patients suffering from anxiety.
