Recommended Hypnotherapists in London?

I am suffering from chronic Anxiety Disorder. I recieved a small amount of cognitive treatment on the NHS but that was about three years ago and I still suffer from it to this day. A friend recommended I try going to a hypnotherapist. However, most of the ones I have seen are quite expensive, and I don’t want to go to someone who will hypnotise me into giving them my PIN number!

I’ve tried it. Took it for about 2 and a half weeks. I never really noticed a difference, however people are affected differently. Maybe it needs to be taken longer to actually have an effect. It might work for you.
