A breathing technique to help you deal with stress and eliminate anxiety. Check out my video where I talk about panic attacks while shopping; search by entering panic attack shopping.

@knocky009 Anyone who things marijuana is the choice of drug to “relax” due to panic or anxiety attacks is a complete MORON!! Smoking weed should be for people who are dying and have severe pain perhaps. I’d rather take other drugs that don’t mess with the mind so much. Xanax sounds like a better relaxer to me then dope possibly could ever be. SIde effects of weed is awful and many people have gone to the Emergency Room freaking out thinking they are about to die from smoking it. No thanks.
Thank you so much this really works I’m 14 and I just developed anxiety i find it really annoying but now I know how to make it stop thanks to you. Thanks
thank you for your video.. my friend just had an anxiety attack and i freaked out !!…
You dont know its anxiety because ive gone to the hospital numerous times and they all said i was fine when i felt like i couldnt breath and i was diagonsed with GERD you should maybe look it up to see if that helps at all
I used to get the same problem, im 3rd grade i had to call my parents up to 2 times a day! but im better now and i havent had one since
this way does work!!
exactly my problem…….
thank you x
this process takes too long,
take a normal breath in thru your nose, then hold it in for 5 seconds, then exhale thru your mouth. and do over and over again, and you will get very very relaxed
yes… this is true…
my panic attack was not severe before but when i tried weeds with my friends, the condition got worse and i found myself can’t control it…
Ginny, thank you so much i was in the middle of an anxiety attack when i ran into this video and it has now decreased to the point that i am able to regain control.

It Works Very Well. You Helped Me Out A Lot.
doctors have told me that weed increases ur risk of getting anxiety attacks. i used to smoke for years and now i’ve stopped.
Hi Ginny,
Thank you so so so much for this. I’m 14 and I suffer from panic attacks in school.Today I had to excise myself from class and then get my dad to pick me up from school because I couldn’t handle it. If I get another panic attack, I will definitely try this.
Your voice is very calm and relaxing, very nice to listen to. Thanks you again.

Did it work?
me too i hate them.
i get these when im high and i get a bad thought, i noticed just sitting down and breathing alot helps, but if you walk or move alot it make it worse, atleast for me
It nice to see others out here sharing things to help this very serious problem that is daily plaguing thousands of lives. Kudos to you!!

i get them when im high
but not all the time, it feels like i died cuz of the rapid heartbeat but then i bite myself and i dont feel it so i start freaking out more
ah I have one right now, it sucks. anxiety attacks are horrible.
When I get one of my 3 or four daily attacks it feels like my head is literally going to explode! It is scary and nauseating. My blood pressure goes up, and so do all my worries. As I kind of recover, things normalize. I may then feel good, but I have at least 5 attacks a week. Usually over 20. Been using valium and other benzos for 10 years. Works a little, but no cure. Going to try this breathing stuff til I get it right. Maybe I can get the number of attacks down.
Yes and this works my therapist was the first to show me this technique But it depends on how severe the anxiety is …The breathing tchniques did not work when i got very bad panic attacks not straight away anyway however they work when you feel anxiety or feel a panic attack coming on.
A very nice video. Thank you for sharing it with everyone.
thank you
