could my frequent urination be my anxiety?
for about half a year, i have been more aware of needing the toilet, it is constantly on my mind. I need it every two hours, and have a set time i have t go, or i panic about needing it later on…could this be my anxiety?
I also feel like “i’m not here” like a disconnection to life, this is also a symptom of anxiety.
i am going to the doctors tomorrow, so i was wondering if you have suffered from this, and if it can be cured i am really scared the doctor won’t understand and that it will never be cured.
thank you!
Oddly enough sometimes anxiety can have its basis in having a Urinary Tract Infection, or UTI.
Going to the Dr is your best bet!
Best of Luck.
