hi, how can i possibly explain to a guy that after telling him that i wanted to postpone our wedding was just a part of my wedding anxiety and “cold-feet” and wanted to have our marriage date back to where and when it was planned.? wanted some words that he would definitely understand my emotions for we all know that guys are really not that close to their emotions

Guys really appreciate it if you tell the truth and not beat around the bush or speak in some kind of code they are supposed to figure out. Just simply be honest. “Honey I had cold feet about getting married and I am sorry for not talking about it with you at the time but I am talking about it now. Since then I have been able to think about it and deal with my feelings and I would like to change the wedding back to its orginal date.” I mean he can either say ok or no. Either way its fine, if he doesn’t want to change it back then you have more time to plan.
