I know that there are non-drug methods and I’m well aware of them but what I’m interested in is what drugs help with social anxiety?
I know that “panic attacks and mild agoraphobia” revolve around anxiety which is what most of these medications seem to help with but aids in social anxiety specifically?

You need to understand there are two kinds of drugs to help with this stuff. Narcotics, like Valium and Xanax, can be helpful once in a while, but are habit forming and can be addictive. They “mask” feelings much like alcohol would. Thus, you could take something to help-and end up with bigger problems than you had before.
On the other hand, drugs like zoloft, paxil (which is recommended for social anxiety) and cymbalta are called Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors. These drugs are NOT addictive, widely prescribed for everything from mild depression, panic disorder and social anxiety, and have few side effects and no long term health implications . Those are the drugs to start with. Valium, pot, xanax, heck, even heroin can make you feel less anxious-but they can kill you as well. (heath ledger had Valium and vicodin in his system, both narcotics). SSRIs. on the other hand. will not hurt you, and may really help.

Any drug that helps with anxiety would be worth trying. I never heard of a specific drug for Social Anxiety.

It’s up to the doctor to decide what to prescribe.

or it can work against you and give side effects
    i`ve never had a problem
it can help you focus in daily rutines
    in ur social life
it can really improve youre moods and brain activity
but you`ll really need to be aware of side effects
