I am the type of person that worries over nothing I will worry about the smallest most insignificant things. Things that others wouldn’t even think about what can i do to stop having these panic attacks I will get seriously worried and I wont be able to think about anything else. And at times i do things to try and make them better in my moment of panic and end up making them worse. I don’t know what to do anymore i seriously need help. Thank you.
Thank you to everyone that took or takes the time to answer i really appreciate all your help and support.

I used to have panic attacks too. whatever you do, do not avoid any situation. this will make things worse. Face your problems head on. I overcame this by thinking to myself that these people are here to help me not hurt me. Nobody is looking at you, you just think they are. Take deep breaths, sip some water and dont think at all. Its a very hard thing to go through but the only way you can get rid of it is to have positive thinking. Please, by all means.. Add me as one of your contacts and I will help you through this.

    good luck.

It’s ok i used to get panic attacks alot. For me i would kinda hyperventilate and my heart rate would go soo fast. What helped me is to seriously not think about anything at all. The more you think about having an attack the more likely you’ll have one. Also take slow deep breaths it helped me soo much and calmed me down. If none of those work you might wanna see a psychologist i heard they can really help you out too (:

You may want to see a Doctor or therapist for options. In the meantime, when you’re in those moments, ask yourself the following:

What’s the worst thing that could happen here?
What’s the likelihood of that happening?
If that happens, will it still matter in 5 years?

Often, if you identify the worst possible outcome you’ll find it’s not as bad as the unknown.

    Realize this

Hurting people hurt others. They are sick and being mean makes them feel better. People/kids/parents do mean things or lie to manipulate. They just want the reaction so they can get high feel good from it. The words are not true. They have the problem.

When you have a bad past/rejection/father gone it lets other things start. Depression, cutting, OCD, anxiety, panic attacks, hearing voices can all come from a tramautic past. Its opens doors to the negative and they start to dwell closeby.

You can talk to me or google “emotional abuse” and see all the definitions and see its all true. Knowing the truth is the step to freedom from pain.

Negative people and abuse brings spiritual problems so praying to get rid of negative things of a spiritual nature is often needed after years of abuse. Its not you its them. If present they need to be told to leave in Jesus name.

Psychiatry is not based on science but is merely an opinion. There are no blood tests done to help docs. They are just guessing.

    1. Google- “Emotional Abuse”. Read 20+ sites. BULLYING 20 sites
    2. Realize its their problem.
    3. Realize anger hurts you not them.
    4. Google “Sinners prayer”- stops sadness.
    5. Google “Deliverance Prayers”

Uh, panic attacks are when you can’t breath, think you are going to die. Is that what you have? Cuz worrying isn’t a panic attack.

Panic attacks can be horrible and I understand where you are coming from as I used to have bad panic and anxiety attacks also. Most of the time you should be able to quite easily rectify this problem using some simple techniques I will explain briefly now:

    1. Find out the causes of your panic attacks and acknowledge them

    2. Once you know what is causing the problems rationalize them (e.g. say to yourself that there is nothing to worry about etc.)

    3. Get proper rest and sleep so you can function properly.

You can also get my free newsletter on stress and anxiety which covers all this in more detail at: . I hope this helps you.
