    this is what happening to me in the sg army that i currently have .For worry too much of nasty punishment and making trouble for whole platoon in camp.difficulty coping and worry of family,.And may getting cause of depression.increasing heartbeat breathing,trouble concentration,excessive sweating ,Muscle tension,restlessness.feeling like my mind gone blank.watching sign of danger .anxiety disorder take time to fully cure.

    I have GAD. And another physical problem I have is Diarrhea. I worry about my health and im only 18 years old so obviously im just a worry wort. This is why therapy helped me.
