    Acetominiphen with Codiene. She asks for it at the pharmacist desk. It’s behind there. Codiene is addictive so she must not take it all the time. It’s a special event pill (or two).

    Your mother should take responsibility for her mental health and talk to her doctor about this. It’s not fair to put you through this when a prescription could take care of it so much better.

    I have generalized anxiety disorder. I figured that I might have a vitamin B deficiency, and noticed almost immediate results after i started taking a Vitamin B Complex supplement, 3 times per day. So noticeable, that I can actually feel when it starts to wear off……

    Vitamin B Deficiency is largely linked to anxiety and depression. Make sure you take a COMPLEX which is a mix instead of just one type of B. That’s the key here. good luck.
