Everone has anxiety at on time or another. It crosses over to clinical GAD if you have anxiety for a long time and it inteferes with your daily life.

Everyone gets some anxiety at some point in their life. But having it constantly about many things could be a disorder that impairs your general well being and impacts your life.

anxiiety- worried about normal everyday activites, kids going to school paying the bills, etc. G.A.D.- NOT stopping the worry being in a constant state, thinking about next weeks bills, months,in advance. so much so you don’t know anyother way. thinking that dreadfull things and events are going to happen. for me it was like a fairground ride; ididn’t know how to get off.
