I have this weird fear when it comes to my hands. Anytime I think about my wrist getting hurt, or my fingers getting broken, I freak out. I literally can’t stand to think about it. I have to stop myself, but it’s hard. The images keep going through my mind and it scares me. I don’t know why but that thought of anything happening to my finger or my wrist is something very unpleasant.
