I search around and find only fear of climbing ladders
acrophobia
Excessive fear of heights, elevators, climbing ladders, pinnacles, etc.; fear of sharp points.
These are the only ones I could find. There is not any listed for just ladders. They all pertained to height.
Heights- Acrophobia, Altophobia, Batophobia, Hypsiphobia or Hyposophobia
