it means she gets nervous in groups, especially groups of people that she does not know. it makes you feel nervous and anxious.. you start thinking about what everyone else is thinking of you and you can end up stressing out and throwing yourself into an anxiety attack…. that includes heavy breathing and possible blacking out.

you feel stuck and need to get out.

there isn’t much you can do but ask her f she is feeling comfortable if you hang out with a lot of people he doesn’t know

In a Social anxiety disorder you are afraid to leave your home and be among the other humans in Jehovah Elohim’s earth. If you need to go to Walmart you tend to go late at night praying not many people are there, you stay in a panic state that someone is going to hurt you paranoid, but in the Bible King of King’s and Lord of Lords ( Rev 19:16) Jesus will help you with all this , if you will let Him. Hebrews 4:16, Matthew 7:7-8;Matthew 24:24-34 will help with anxiety. ZPlease remember John 3:16-19;& 36; 14:6, Rev. 2-4; Hebrews 11. and Repent of any sin constantly! 1 John 1:9; James 5:15. If you are a true Child of God Hebrews 13:5. King Jesus is always there for you 1 Thess. 5:17 Pray without ceasing. Remember Jesus loves us all and is returning soon for His Bride! Keep looking up and be ready. With agape Love from the Lordsoldier. REPENT and turn to Jesus for eternal life. Have a Blessed Day!
