Where can I go to have someone diagnose me for having panic/anxiety attacks?

A psychologist could diagnose you. It will be expensive.
There should be a counseling office at your college. Ask and usually they have many counselors and one psychiatrist. Ask and they’ll tell you how they can help. It’s included in your students’ fees.
There are also many programs that help you find a cheap psychologist, sometimes even free (I have done that myself) depending on your income. You see them, then if they determine you have anxiety attacks, they might prescribe you medication or just write you a letter you can show at your school. Good luck!
