I need to fix this anxiety or worry or wired habit you may call it?

Everytime I take friends to a dinner or for lunch and I know I am paying, I keep staring at his / her food. Help me. I hate this, I know it bothers them. I can not just stop, I got something in my mind and may be this is why I do this…..? How can I learn to get over it? so I can enjoy going out with friends.

keeping up with what they spend on you. If you come out $0.25
ahead each month, you’ll be that much ahead. That will help.
Or you could just order the same thing every time and enjoy your
own plate. And make sure that everyone has plenty of time so as
not to feel rushed. There is no rule that says every one has to
finish at the same time. One or all of these ideas should help.
