how do you tell the difference between anxiety and xanax withdrawal?

i usually use xanax in spurts and the most i have used it has been every day for 2weeks.. but i cant seem to tell if i have withdrawal symptoms or my anxiety is just that bad.. but the few days after i have taken them i feel derealizations and change in blood pressure or more anxiety kinda hard to pinpoint.. please anxiety sufferers or people who know what they have gone threw reply only..

I take ativan as needed and I get the same thing. If there is a lot going on and I have taken it several days in a row I have to wean myself off of it or I just have this restless, uneasy, kinda jittery feeling all day. I cut the pills into quarters even and I’ll just take a quarter and it helps to transition off of them
