Xanax Anxiety Depression

My Dr. prescribed me both Xanax for anxiety and Zoloft for depression , is this combinaton safe?
just hoping it is because after reading all the info that comes with the meds. it makes me even more nervous and depressed.
you should be fine just don’t take both of the medications both together though. Like take zoloft in the morning & xanax around like 3 or 4 in the afternoon!
