You should do a video of the opposite side of the spectrum, the feeling of “implosion” & being lost.

@MnMsrbest, I think talking about issues is always one of the best coping techniques.

It really is about coping and about understanding the condition and letting people know what it is about. As someone who suffers from this condition, I find being open about it is the best help

one of my friends has serious incapacitating anxiety attacks. it amazes me what things can set them off too – things I would never expect to cause so much stress in someone.

@PayjeIzBeautiful i take klonopin too, along with zoloft. they work, well most of the time. i wonder if any of the methods online and on tv really work? they promise to cure anxiety.

I have anxiety and have had it since I was like 15. panic attacks are the worst. you really included just about everything i’ve gone thru. it is very scary. i am now taking klonopin and that really helps. but every once in a while, I get panicy. ugh. it’s refreshing to know people understand.

I like the angle you took on this topice in letting others know they are not alone. I do not suffer from panic attacks but know people who do and it seems so horrible.
